3style. For any request about your data, write to info@3style.app.

02What the app collects

• Account: your email address and, if you add it, your name, or the identifiers Apple or Google share when you sign in with them; your language and time zone.
• Style profile: the preferences you choose for the models in your looks (model category, body type, complexion, adult age group). They describe the model shown in the images, you can change them at any time, and they are not used to draw conclusions about you.
• Garment photos: the photos you upload. Location and other metadata (EXIF) are removed when the photo is received. They are kept in private storage, linked to your account, and never made public.
• Looks: the images created for you, with what is needed to show them (the piece, the occasion, the status) and your feedback on them, such as favourites.
• Consents: which terms and notices you accepted, their version and when. Changes are kept as a history.
• Plan and usage: Free or Premium, and how many generations you have used this month. For subscriptions we receive the status from the store (active, renewed, cancelled), never your payment details.
• Technical data: IP address and request data, used for a short time to keep the service secure and to block abuse.

03Faces

3style works on the piece, not on people. Each photo is checked automatically for faces, and any face found is blurred before the photo is used to create the looks. No face from your photos is ever transferred to the models.

Avoid photos of other people, and never upload photos of minors.

04The waitlist on this website

If you join the waitlist we collect only your email address, the language of the page and the date and time of your consent with the version of this notice. We use them to tell you about the launch with a few emails, and never for anything else.

Your IP address is used in memory only, for a few minutes, to block abusive submissions, and is not stored with your signup.

05Why, and on what legal basis

• To provide the app (account, profile, photos, looks, plan): the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse and fraud: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To keep proof of the consents you gave: a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) and Article 7(1) GDPR).
• For the waitlist and any email you agree to receive: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting what happened before.

06Who processes your data

Your data is accessible to the people who run 3style and to providers acting on our behalf as data processors, bound by contract to use it only for the service:

• a cloud database and private file storage hosted in the European Union (Germany);
• the servers of this website and of the waitlist, in the European Union (Germany);
• AI image processing providers, which read the piece and create the looks;
• an automatic face-detection service, used to blur faces;
• a subscription management service, which receives the purchase status from the stores;
• an email delivery service, for sign-in codes and the emails you agreed to.

07What we never do

We never sell your data. The app contains no advertising and no advertising trackers, and we do not use your data to profile you for marketing.

Apple and Google process data under their own privacy policies when you sign in with them or buy through their stores.

08Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the standard contractual clauses it has approved, with additional safeguards where needed.

09How long we keep it

• Account, profile, consents, photos and looks: until you delete your account or ask us to delete them.
• Waitlist: until the launch announcement and no longer than 12 months after launch, or until you withdraw consent if that happens first.
• Security data: only as long as needed to protect the service.
• Backups: kept for a short period for disaster recovery, then overwritten. Deleted data disappears from them when they expire.

10Deleting your data

In the app you can delete your whole account: profile, photos and looks are erased immediately and permanently, with no bin to restore them from. To delete only some photos or looks, write to info@3style.app from the address linked to your account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account. To leave the waitlist, write to info@3style.app.

11Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw a consent. Write to info@3style.app from the address linked to your account or signup: we reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority where you live.

12Minors

3style is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors: if you think a minor has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

13Cookies

This website uses one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, set when you choose a language so that it is remembered. It needs no consent because it is necessary for the service you request. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

14Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the service changes; the version and date at the top show the current one. We will tell you in the app about significant changes.
